We value regionality. For our steaks and more, we combine genuine seasonal delights and aromatic spices. Our close collaboration with local suppliers gives our kitchen the opportunity to conjure up diverse, seasonal, and regional culinary pleasures on the plate. Even game meat comes from our own hunting grounds in the Karwendel and Rofan Mountains.
